This is a rare and exciting opportunity for the right individual to really make their mark with exciting growth potential.


Storeys are a young, dynamic growing business, having grown quickly from start up to small business we are now on the hunt for a well organised Lettings administrator whose looking for their next challenge to come in and streamline our operations and help take us to the next level.


You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, reporting to the founder and being to go-to between departments working closely with the lettings, property management and accounts teams to ensure the business is operating at maximum efficiency and compliance at all times whilst offering excellent customer service.


Highly skilled in lettings administration and office operations you will be a natural communicator and team player who loves to nurture and develop with a proven background of improving processes and removing inefficiencies.

You will be responsible for all office management and be point of contact for all external stakeholders, organising company & client events and meetings, and coordinating staff appraisals, managing annual leave and staff 1-2-1s, and coordinating the recruitment needs for the business with a planned strategy for growth as well as managing the IT and HR needs of the business


This role will suit a charismatic people person, with a keen eye on for detail a keen problem solver and the ability to plan and execute.

You will have a minimum of 3yrs+ at lettings administration level within the London Lettings Market and ideally ARLA qualified.


Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
