Overview:

Element is looking for a

Technical Advisor for their busy Technical Support Team based in Stockport.


The Technical Support Team will be the go to department for high level technical support across the UK and Eire.


Responsibilities:


  • Taking ownership of EN14181 project management, coordination and delivery
  • Running inhouse FTIR workshops and site audits
  • Dispersion modelling
  • High level report writing
  • Provide prompt assistance to any technical queries
  • Internal training and MWAs
  • Involvement in and running key projects such as residence time and high profile work

Skills / Qualifications:

  • You must hold MCERTS Level 2 as a minimum
  • Detailed knowledge of the Stack Emissions industry is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Highly flexible with proactive approach to tasks
  • EN14181 & technical report writing experience
  • Excellent Technical knowledge regarding CEMS data interpretation, linearity checks, data manipulation
  • Ability to liaise and deal with complex customer queries
  • A full driving license is also essential as travel, including overnight stays, will be involved
