Description
An established manufacturer of pharmaceutical equipment based in Coleshill require an experienced mechanical fitter.


Duties:


  • Build and assemble blending machines to the drawings supplied by the onsite engineers.
  • Assist the electrical department on the installation of the electrical cabinets, panels, motors etc.
  • Working alongside the electrical and mechanical engineers, and as and when required for customer onsite support of installations and commissioning, which can be anywhere in the world.
  • Update the assembly drawings (with annotations) during the build as for anomalies and recommendations.

Requirements:


  • Achieved a recognized mechanical fitter qualification in either of the following:
NVQ Level 2

City & Guilds

  • 2+ years of experience working as a mechanical fitter in a machine building environment.
  • Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics would be beneficial.
  • Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic line drawings.

Hours:

  • 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm Friday.
This is a permanent position that starts immediately.
