Retail Customer Service Assistant:
As a Sales Assistant your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that customer service is not an afterthought but the most important part of the sales process
  • Supporting the Management team and the sales processes ensuring effective responsibility and accountability
  • Driving and delivering personal sales and KPI targets by creating great customer relationships
  • Taking responsibility for visual presentation and cleanliness of the store
  • Ensuring accurate and appropriate advice to ensure that our customers buy the best and relevant products to meet their needs
In order to be considered for this exciting role, ideally you will have the following:

  • Sales experience in a client-facing role
  • Genuine desire to deliver and a passion for excellent customer service
  • A dedicated and capable retail sales professional who is passionate about selling
  • Ability to work well under pressure and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Selfmotivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong teamplayer

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
