Retail Customer Service Assistant:
As a Sales Assistant your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that customer service is not an afterthought but the most important part of the sales process
- Supporting the Management team and the sales processes ensuring effective responsibility and accountability
- Driving and delivering personal sales and KPI targets by creating great customer relationships
- Taking responsibility for visual presentation and cleanliness of the store
- Ensuring accurate and appropriate advice to ensure that our customers buy the best and relevant products to meet their needs
- Sales experience in a client-facing role
- Genuine desire to deliver and a passion for excellent customer service
- A dedicated and capable retail sales professional who is passionate about selling
- Ability to work well under pressure and the ability to meet deadlines
- Selfmotivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong teamplayer
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
