Sales Negotiator - Arnold - Basic up to £22,500 - £35,000-£40,000 OTE + guarantee for first six months

Our client is a leading, multi award winning independent estate agent in Nottingham with an outstanding reputation in and around the local area.

We are looking for a hungry and motivated Sales Negotiator who can keep up with our clients fast paced environment, where you will be part of a successful team focused on delivering a "first class" Estate Agency service and be rewarded for your efforts with above average basic salary and commission, a tailored training plan to move to a senior position within twelve months, and a guarantee of up to
£30,000 for your first six months whilst you build a pipeline.

You will be someone with previous estate agency experience, who always wants to go that extra mile for your clients to ensure you are providing a service second to none and encourage repeat business.

This role will include the following: -

Registering new applicants, booking, and carrying out viewings
Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers. Negotiating and closing deals
Generating sales leads for property viewings.
Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both vendors and potential buyers

You will be required to work two Saturdays per month but will get a day off work during the week.
