Recruitment Team Pipeline Administrator

Based in the North West Region

£22,000 per annum


An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with the small but hard working Recruitment Team within the G4S Events Team.

This is a full time, permanent position, with an immediate start for the right person.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for early evening work, when business needs demands.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Liaising and interacting with HRSS Teams, Operational Support Teams, Resourcing Delivery Manager and Regional Events Recruiters to understand the resource demand required
  • Handling and responding to mail coming in to the dedicated Events Recruitment inbox

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Demonstrable experience of call handling
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and drive towards results with previous experience in working in a high volume results driven environment
  • Good understanding of Data protection principles and its implication on employment screening & recruitment practices

  • Internal recruitment experience
