'''Duties'''- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Assist with data entry and data management tasks
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide general clerical support, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist in organizing company events or special projects
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic office procedures
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
- Knowledge of Xero is necessary
- Typing speed of at least [insert required typing speed] words per minute
Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
