We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Serviceto join our Regulatory, Risk Oversight and Business Support team team.

This role is located in Poole.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:


  • Regulatory:
  • Monthly CASS RP tasks, Council Meetings and KRI production
  • Monthly CMAR reporting
  • Oversight of the External Monthly Reconciliation
  • The CASS Control Testing
  • Bank of England reporting
  • Risk:
  • Risk and Control oversight and reporting
  • Operational Risk Events oversight and reporting
  • KRI & KPI metric oversight and reporting
  • Centralised control checks
  • Audit oversight and reporting
  • Business Administration Support:
  • Data Privacy oversight and reporting
  • Record Management oversight and reporting
  • Client Complaints oversight and reporting
  • Corporate Policy Impact analysis
  • Monthly metric reporting and business reviews


  • Third Party Governance

  • Inter Affiliate oversight and reporting
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and with a sense of urgency
  • Good Time Management
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to think logically and outside the box
  • Use own initiative
  • Good Communication Skills, proficient using phone and MS teams
  • Confident using MS Office e.g., Outlook, Excel
  • Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
  • Helps develop and contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
  • Ability to monitors data feeds and performs data scrubbing.
  • Able to participates in identifying and documenting violations, exceptions, or occurrences exceeding tolerance thresholds.
  • Ability to add and maintains data on BNY Mellon's systems; inputs and verifies accuracy of information.
