Atlas Maintenance (Scotland) Ltd -

A well established (+30 years) multi-trade building maintenance/minor works contractor has a permanent full time career opportunity for the position of Roofer within our multi trade team.

This role would be suited to an all-round roofer, who is also able to undertake general building tasks.

There will be a need to assist in our 24hour on call rota (1 week in every 4) for which call out fee and appropriate overtime will be paid.

Essential requirements;

Proof of time served apprenticeship and minimum of 4 years (qualified) experience.
Current full driving licence.
Current valid CSCS card.
The ability to use a smart phone (provided for business use only) to complete job related electronic 'paperwork'.
Disclosure Scotland (PVG Scheme) vetting on appointment to the position.
Excellent standards of customer service.
A thorough knowledge of their trade related health and safety.

Core working hours 08.30 to 17.00hrs Friday) - Minimum 39hr week. However can be flexible and overtime available.

Basic hourly rate upon commencement negotiable but in line with current market.

Overtime rate paid for out of hours working, plus call out fees.
