We have been appointed by a highly reputable and leading national player in UK mid-market insolvency on the search for a Senior Insolvency Manager to lead a team in Birmingham.

The Birmingham office works on an array of corporate appointments including pre-insolvency advisory work on behalf of lenders. This role will require an experienced insolvency professional to lead a team processing and leading on corporate insolvency casefiles.


Aside from delivery work on the large more complex corporate case appointments, you will be responsible for day to day management of Administrators, Senior Administrations and mid-level Managers.

You will take ownership of case WIP and ensuring budgets aremet, you will drive recruitment efforts for the firm and form part of a close knit leadership team alongside the Partner group.


Case work consists of solvent and insolvent liquidations, administrations, CVAs as well as some compulsories and personal case files but the bulk of the appointments are corporate.

Typically you are advising SMEs and OMBs across the Midlands.


Holding good leadership skills, the ability to train and develop staff, whilst having the strategic knowledge to set case strategy with the Partners will be important.
