    Expert Talent Acquirer

    We are seeking a highly motivated and people-focused Expert Talent Acquirer to join our team.

    This is a dynamic role that requires full responsibility for managing a portfolio of candidates and clients, ensuring both receive a high-quality recruitment experience. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying top talent to helping businesses secure the right candidates.

    The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and within a team, managing their own workload and building strong professional relationships with job seekers and clients.

    • You will build lasting relationships with job seekers, guiding them through their job search journey and providing career advice and interview coaching to ensure they stand out.
    • You will manage job applications and keep records updated within our leading CRM system.
    • You will conduct telephone, video, and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and career goals.
    • You will administer skills testing, gather compliance documentation, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
    • You will keep candidates engaged and informed, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout the recruitment process.
    • You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, from PSL clients to independent businesses, and retain and expand client relationships by providing expert recruitment advice and services.
    • You will attend client meetings and conference calls, discussing hiring needs and offering valuable insights into market trends and salary benchmarks.
    • You will manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job briefings to negotiating offers and securing placements.
    • You will stay ahead of industry developments to provide clients with expert guidance and support.
    • You will manage your own diary and workload effectively in a busy and fast-moving environment, handling telephone enquiries and candidate applications professionally and efficiently.
    • You will prepare CVs in our format and submit candidates to clients, and upload candidate profiles and CVs onto client portals.
    • You will keep client and candidate records well-organised, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

    The successful candidate will have:

    At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment, HR, Sales, Finance, or Customer Service.

    A driven and hardworking approach, with a focus on delivering excellent service and results.

    Natural communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

    Resilience and determination, with the ability to handle challenges and pressures in a fast-paced environment.

    Organisational and detail-focused skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

    Friendly and professional demeanor, with a customer-focused approach.

    37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
