Salary:
£21,500 pro-rata. 6 month fixed term contract.
We are looking for a part-time Sales Support Administrator to join our Service Support Team based in Chandlers Ford, working between 15-20 hours per week (final hours can be agreed during interview).
You will be responsible for providing support to our sales team and support engineers to ensure the efficient delivery of services to our customers.
- Management and delivery of customer orders for numbers and new product licenses.
- Liaising with Sales and Support teams on sales order and requirements.
- Raising of purchase orders for procurement
- Updating customer orders and internal CRM system
- Support with the resolution of issues arising from actions throughout the progress of an order
- General adhoc office administration
The very nature of joining a small and growing company requires a certain type of individual, one that has flexibility, initiative and eagerness to get involved.
A base level of skills will also be required for the role:- At least 2 years experience of working within an administrative role
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple orders during different stages of the provisioning process.
- Experience in telephony or technology industry advantageous but not essential.
