The Service Coordinator is a key role within our business. You will oversee all the scheduling of routine maintenance works as per our contractual agreements.


The role will also involve:

• Scheduling planned preventative maintenance works in consultation with client availability
• Preparing RAMS for clients and engineers
• Allocating work to designated engineers
• Providing nontechnical support to designated clients
• Uploading reports within standard KPI's

To be suitable for the Service Coordinator role you will have the following skills and experience:

• Ideally you will have previous experience working in a service management role, preferably Facilities Management
• You will be a highly organised individual who can demonstrate prioritising your own workload
• High attention to detail
• An ability to work to tight deadlines and quick turnaround times, ensuring all KPI's are met
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel. The ability to transition between multiple in house systems and client portals (following training)

If you have experience of the above and also 3 years experience as a Supervisor / Team Leader then you will be considered for the Hub Leader role.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday. This is an office based role.
