Finance Manager l South Manchester + Hybrid | ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Qualified | Rapidly growing SME


Job Overview:


Axon Moore is proud to exclusively partner alongside an outstanding, high growth and fast paced Financial Services firm who are looking to expand their finance team with the addition of a Finance Manager.


Having recently secured significant investment, the organisation is continuing their exciting journey and this role will play a key part in the development of the finance function.

The position will report directly to a high calibre Finance Director, receiving mentorship to develop a career in an organisation that has untapped potential.


It is a fast paced, and autonomous position that can really define the next stage of someone's career as you will be managed by a high calibre team.


Salary:
£45,000-£50,000


Location:
South Manchester (4 days in the office)

Benefits: 25 days annual leave, 10% discretionary bonus, health care plan, Birthday off

  • Full responsibility of the daytoday finance function.
  • Monthly Management Accounts.
  • Financial forecasts and monitoring financial performance.
  • Produce the monthly Board packs.
  • Cash flow forecasting.
  • Tax compliance.
  • Process and manage payroll function.
  • Management of pensions and benefits.
  • Financial Due Diligence of potential acquisitions.
  • Support post acquisition implementation.
  • Identify efficiencies and process improvement.
  • Line manage of finance team (1 report).

Person Specification:

  • CIMA/ ACCA Qualified, or a finalist.
  • Experience in an SME would be advantageous.
  • Enjoys a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to work in a dynamic team.
  • High level of organisation and project management skills.
  • Advanced Excel skill set.
