A boutique property management company is seeking an Administrator to work within a warm, heartfelt, professional team.

This is a property administrator role with a difference, perfect for someone who is confident, efficient and can deliver a truly unique customer experience.

The ideal team member will immerse themselves into the managed portfolio, becoming an expert in property and maintenance. In dealing with plenty of paperwork, you will gradually learn all legislation and regulations surrounding property.

Property File upkeep handling day to day operations
Keep a handle on all invoices/accounts/chasing rents
Marketing and occasional use of personal social media account
Provide administrative support
Answering phone as required and dealing with queries where possible, and taking accurate messages

Experience and Skills

Effective time management and the ability to multi task
Excellent organisation and administrative skills accompanied by a high level of attention to detail
Accomplished at crafting an excellent standard of written and verbal communication over the phone and in person
Good working knowledge of the internet, computer skills including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

The Specifics

This is a permanent fulltime role, working 40 hours per week, 10am 6pm, Mon-Fri
You will have 28 days paid holiday including Bank Holidays
Salary dependent on experience: £18, £20,000

Relevant experience is preferred, especially that of providing a personal level of customer care and administrative experience and similar roles would be a strong advantage and useful, as the role will be somewhat demanding from the start.

Salary:
£19,760.00-£22,000.00 per year
