We are Azizi a leading Dubai-based developer and a passionate team of people driven by the goal of crafting beautiful homes for people living in the UAE Our portfolio spans across Dubais prime residential and commercial destinations showcasing our commitment to transparency customer centricity quality integrity and adding value through a construction-driven approach As a Design Manager reporting into the Head of Special working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai you will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the signature design details of the Azizi Opera project Responsibilities Include Lead manage and direct the design delivery team for conference hall internalexternal providing clear guidance feedback and support Manage delegate responsibilities to other design delivery team members and provide clear direction instructions Liaise directly with Head of special projects present design delivery progress status weeklymonthly reports Assist resolving any issues as per authorities regulations Enforce general procedures during desing process Keep up latest requirements NOCs sustainability environmental requirements make team aware these requirements Review drawings ensure compliance authority guidelines regulations master developers DCR Periodically review projects progress with HOD ensure compliance project initially set direction including monitoring schedule approved budget Direct manage modify existing designs based on management direction Follow-up manage track project changes adjustments Liaise all stakeholders Provide support junior team members guiding them throughout work processes Attend meetings external consultants authorities when needed Assist managing workflow processes
