The Head office is based in Ashford however this role is offering flexible hybrid working with at 2 days a week in the office and 3 days working from home
Salary:
£27k
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with 1 early finish of 8am-4pm, 1 hour for lunch

You'll be creating and managing the demand foryour category, incorporating statistics and business intelligence as well as other demand signals to improve service for the customers of the demand plan.
You'll need to manage the interaction between Supply Planning and customer facing colleagues for thearea of responsibility in order to provide optimum customer experience.
As a Demand Analyst your key accountabilities would be:
- Creating and maintaining system generated forecasts for a defined area of responsibility to drive continuous improvement to company set targets
- Carrying out analysis of sales history, promotional, seasonal and forthcoming activities in order to generate an optimal demand signal
- Managing forecasting processes at both detail and aggregated level, utilising the best fit statistical model
- Collaboratively demand planning with other departments in order to drive good communication and improvements in the demand forecast signal
- Communicating to supply chain colleagues to advise changes to the forecast
- Root cause analysis techniques to establish underlying causes of KPI shortfalls and implement improvement plans to rectify
- Supporting the governance of customer insights/business intelligence
- Supporting projects in Demand Planning and around the business as required
You'll be the perfect match for this client if youhave:
- Experience analysing data and forecasting
- Knowledge/experience of FMCG Supply Chain
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- An understanding of SAP is an advantage
