About the opportunity
We are now looking for a talented Consultant to join our Business Consulting Team.

As part of our services in Competitive Intelligence (CI), you will be working to provide insights on competitors, markets, industries, and customers to help our clients gain a competitive advantage in their market space.

From day one, you will execute primary and secondary research activities, and in-depth analysis as part of a project team on client engagements.

Working with some of the world's leading brands, you will analyse published sources and conduct in-depth B2B interviews with industry experts, to produce valuable market and competitor insights.

As an impactful team member, you will also contribute to internal projects to help shape the firm, as well as supporting development of team members, business development support and maintaining/building the culture at KAE.

Importantly, you will be able to proactively explore opportunities for self-development and training within your own performance development plan.

It's a role that can help you grow professionally and personally, but also give you real influence in a smaller business environment.

Who we are looking for
In addition, we will ask you to demonstrate that you bring:

• Experience in primary research; independently conducting B2B or B2C market research interviews.
• Has owned the production of outputs as part of a project workstream.
• Demonstrable experience developing compelling reports and PowerPoint presentations that summarise key insights and themes.
• Report writing skills, with the ability to translate complex data and information into relatable language.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to read a situation and respond appropriately in clientfacing environments.
• Fluent in French, Italian, or Spanish would be considered advantageous.
• Happy to work at least 3 days a week in our Farringdon office.
• Be able to demonstrate alignment with our values; work together, care and share, choose courage and stay curious.

Remuneration
£40,000-£49,000 (dependent on experience) plus discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
