We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist to cater to our clients in the DACH region.

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations and support of contingent and EOR (Employer or Record) workers across the DACH region, delivering an excellent worker experience.
The Human Resources Specialist is expected to be self-disciplined, and client focused and must have in-depth knowledge of local employment law and collective agreements.

What will you be doing as a Human Resources Specialist?
- Ensure bestinclass service quality and attention to detail.
- Provide expertise on countryspecific employment legislation.
- Advise on worker benefits and understand Collective Labor Agreements.
- Build relationships with workers for longterm satisfaction.
- Oversee worker communications, answer queries, and verify new hire paperwork.
- Conduct weekly checkins with new hires and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Adhere to countryspecific health, safety, and occupational health requirements.
What are the qualities that can help you thrive as a Human Resources Specialist?
- Knowledge and understanding of German, Austrian, and Swiss labor laws. Particularly, experience in Human Resources, Staffing Services, or Payroll Processing is valued.
- Exceptional customer service skills and demeanor, coupled with the innovative ability to communicate effectively.
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
- High attention to detail.
- Professional and engaging, demonstrating solid organizational and time management skills.
- Selfdirected with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
