Reed HR are working with a company focused solely on the acquisition and management of non-life insurance/reinsurance companies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with endtoend administration of the whole employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, transfer, variation to contract and leaver processes, ensuring processes and checklists are followed and all relevant documentation held on file.
  • Assisting with administrative process associated with recruitment, selection and onboarding, including employee screening process.
  • Assisting with endtoend administration of the whole employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, transfer, variation to contract and leaver processes, ensuring processes and checklists are followed and all relevant documentation held on file.
  • Updating and maintaining the HRIS and Personnel files in line with the UK DPA, ensuring records are kept accurate and up to date.
  • To undertake any duties commensurate with the requirements expected of the role, as and when required.
  • Position is expected to comply with and ensure all compliance requirements, maintain confidentiality at all times, as well as serve as company representative to model, enforce and abide by all company policies.

Compliance Responsibilities:


  • Adhere to the Company's compliance obligations relevant to their role and duties;
  • Participate in compliance training as required;
  • Use available compliance resources as part of compliance management;

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Ideally at least 2 years' experience working as a HR Administrator or equivalent
  • Proficient Microsoft Office suite experience (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Skills:


  • HR database experience desirable
