Call Centre Assistant

Hours:
Full Time hours - to include some weekend working
_ Salary - National Minimum Wage for Age_
Full Training provided
Fully paid uniform
_ Call Centre experience is preferered but not essential_
_ This role will be training on the shop floor - when fully trained you will be in the call centre_
At Specsavers, our Call Centre Assistants are essential in shaping the beginning of our Customer's journey.
We're looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help - a friendly and professional approach is essential.
Joining our team, you'll make sure every patient receives a great experience from the get go, creating a positive impression at every opportunity.
- Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
- Transferring calls efficiently
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
- Dispensing over the phone
- Triaging patients with eye & health concerns
