The Role:


  • Responsible for supporting the Customers with any technical issues they may experience while maintaining exceptional customer service.

What you'll need:


  • Experience in providing outstanding customer service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and willingness to work on phone
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in handling difficult customer
  • Selfmotivated with the desire to succeed
