The Role:
- Responsible for supporting the Customers with any technical issues they may experience while maintaining exceptional customer service.
What you'll need:
- Experience in providing outstanding customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and willingness to work on phone
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in handling difficult customer
- Selfmotivated with the desire to succeed
