This position is a long-term opportunity with a competitive salary of £15,537 annually (£21,293 full-time equivalent) for a role involving 31.25 hours per week during term time plus an added week of inset. The working hours are from 8:30 am to the evening, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute break daily.

The academy's growth and success are evident with each new intake of students every September, and its recent integration into the Leigh Academies Trust has further reinforced its ability to offer the best education for its students.

Being a part of Leigh Academies Trust: Starting from September 1st, 2022, the Trust oversees 30 academies organized geographically into four clusters - North Kent, Central Kent, South East London, and Medway. Join Leigh Academy Tonbridge: Building on the strong foundation of Hayesbrook Academy, Leigh Academy Tonbridge will be starting a new chapter by enrolling its first cohort of year 7 students in September 2023. Embracing its legacy, Hayesbrook Academy was established in 1964 and has a rich history connected to the old Sussex Road Boys School dating back to the early 1900s, showcasing a longstanding commitment to education in Tonbridge.

The academy, now an 11-18 comprehensive school with a mixed sixth form, has been an integral part of the local community, adapting and flourishing with each new group of students every September.
