  • Provide HR consulting services to clients on various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on HRrelated topics.
  • Assist with HR audits and compliance reviews.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients, offering guidance and support on HR matters


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR consulting or a related HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
