FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR
STOKE ON TRENT
FULL TIME
3 MONTHS FTC
UP TO £21,600 DOE
THE ROLE
- Processing customer refunds and retailer purchase orders
- Supplier reporting and dealing with any related queries
- Processing of charge backs
- Daily reconciliation of payments and refunds
- Invoicing duties
- Providing administrative support to busy finance team
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel, Outlook and Teams)
- Previous financial administration experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and highly organised
- AAT part or full qualification preferable
- Experience of using Sage would be advantageous
