FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

STOKE ON TRENT

FULL TIME

3 MONTHS FTC

UP TO £21,600 DOE

THE ROLE

  • Processing customer refunds and retailer purchase orders
  • Supplier reporting and dealing with any related queries
  • Processing of charge backs
  • Daily reconciliation of payments and refunds
  • Invoicing duties
  • Providing administrative support to busy finance team

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel, Outlook and Teams)
  • Previous financial administration experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and highly organised
  • AAT part or full qualification preferable
  • Experience of using Sage would be advantageous
