Adjuster Support Technician - Stoke - Team FAST
Davies Group are currently looking for an Adjuster Support Technician to join the team.
Joining Davies as an Adjuster Support Technician means that you will provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
So, you'll need to be a great communicator, dedicated to providing a professional and empathetic service.Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls
- Issue reports to clients when required
- Resolve customer queries proactively
- Appoint suppliers
- Make outbound calls to customer/supplier/clients
- Dealing with and actioning associated tasks in relation to claims
- To support the field adjusters and associates
- Compile reports within the Adjuster/Technician partnership
- To carry out any reasonable instruction given by their senior manager, in line with business requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent customer service
- Logical approach
- Compassionate
- Good attention to detail
- A professional and adaptable communication style both written and verbal;
- Efficient administrative skills;
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills;
- A proactive attitude, and an enthusiastic approach

£19,000.00-£20,000.00 per hour
