Client Relationship Executive - Manchester, United Kingdom - CSP GROUP LTD
Description
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to provide information about products or services
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve customer experience
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and drive sales growth
- Track customer interactions and update records
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
- Leadership qualities to handle challenging situations and lead by example
- Proficiency in analyzing data and identifying trends to enhance customer satisfaction

From £23,539.81 per year
