Description

Duties:


  • Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to provide information about products or services
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and drive sales growth
  • Track customer interactions and update records

Experience:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  • Leadership qualities to handle challenging situations and lead by example
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and identifying trends to enhance customer satisfaction

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £23,539.81 per year
