Sirkka Health is expanding and require a
Health Services Associate to assist with day-to-day tasks and independently & proactively ensure efficiencies and grow Sirkka's presence in the market across the UK and Europe. This role will be primarily focused on the operational aspects of supporting existing & new customers, onboarding partnerships, supporting the team's efforts in generating business opportunities.

This role is onsite 2 to 4 days, on a contract basis in our London office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Onboarding and coordinating our business partnerships
Ensure delivery of operational efficiency in a B2B business model
A problem solver and independently resolve any operational issues
Generating reports via our automated system
Responsible for ensuring timely response to clients requests
Manage all aspects of group events

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 5 years working in an office/clinic setting in the Healthcare Industry private or public
Excellent communication skills with examples of how this has been applied to your daytoday work
Solution focused with examples of contributing to team projects
Examples of proactively finding solutions with customers/clients
