The Women's and Children's Quality and Safety Administrator is a key member of the Women's and Children's Division in the facilitation and implementation of a wide range of administrative duties.
The post holder will contribute to the effective administration and day-to-day activity associated with the work across the Quality & Safety Team.
The overall purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive and effective administrative support to the Quality & Safety Team to include our Divisional Digital Services Team and the Practice Development Team.
You will provide essential administrative support to the Women's and Children's Quality and Safety Team process' in relation to arranging meetings, agenda's, recording minutes and action plan creation and development which take place daily, weekly and monthly.
You will support the Divisional Quality and Safety Team in giving effective internal and external communications advice and support to colleagues across the Trust to help deliver the Division's Risk Management strategy and Trust wide Key Strategic Objectives.
We're working on a once in a generation opportunity to build a new state-of-the-art hospital to open in 2030 and we are also carrying out on one of the biggest pieces of digital transformation work we've ever undertaken.
Our new electronic patient record (EPR) will replace paper-based patient records from 2026 and will lead to better, safer, joined-up care at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and beyond.
