Hexcel is currently seeking four (4) Student Workers for our Duxford Operations, Procurement and R&T location.

The selected individuals will be responsible for, but not limited, to the following obligations:

Carrying out practical laboratory work and research on composite product development and testing
Develop an appreciation of novel technologies and contribute to development of these
Reporting and interpretation of results and project progress; give short presentations related to findings
Preparation and testing of samples for their Chemical or Physical properties
Preparation and cure of composite test specimens
Contributing to the health, safety and environmental running of the laboratories

Qualifications:

Working towards a qualification in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science or Mechanical Engineering, or recent graduate
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
