Customer Service & Parts Advisor


Location:
Richmond (TW9)


Salary:
£23,000 - £24,000


Hours:
Monday-Friday 9-5:30

Adecco are excited to be working with a joyous new client who specialises in all things gaming. They provide entertainment to 100's of businesses and are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic

customer services advisor. They have a stunning open plan office based in Richmond with easy transport links across London. If you have an interest in gaming and customer services experience then this could be the role for you.


Duties:


  • Provide problemrelated feedback to other relevant departments
  • Telephone support for customers on minor technical issues
  • Process sales orders
  • Purchasing parts and advance replacement sourcing
  • A driving licence is not essential, but may be a benefit in dealing with customer and suppliers this may involve a small amount of time away from home as attendance at trade exhibitions may be required

Requirements:


  • Must have excellent communication skill verbal and written
  • Must work under own initiative in a busy department
  • Must have great organisational skills
  • Must have a flexible and innovative approach to problem solving
  • Must develop comprehensive product knowledge
