Description
Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support to healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care to patients. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, monitoring patient well-being, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Please note all applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the UK.


Key Information:

  • St Josephs Sudbury, CO10 1HR
  • Night Shift 20:00pm08:00am
- £13.00ph

  • Ad hoc shifts as and when the client needs cover.
ZR Recruits does not provide tier 2 sponsorship.


Duties:


  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Help patients with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Maintain a clean and organised patient environment
  • Assist with documentation and recordkeeping
  • Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures

Requirements:


  • Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program is preferred
  • Proven experience as a healthcare assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type:

£13.00 per hour
