Description

As the deputy you will support the manger in the day to day management, administration and running of Pre School.

You will be required to have a full understanding of the EYFS and able to inspire and motivate both staff and children.

You will be approachable,friendly and able to communicate effectively.

The ability to make each child feel special and be interested in joining them with their play and developing their learning is essential.

You will be able to operate as part of a long established and supportiveteam, mentoring and supporting staff and ensuring that training needs are identifed.

Ideally you will already be in a deputy role or may be a room leader looking for that next step in your career.

A sense of humour will come in handy too.

Safeguarding is paramount and we follow a rigorous recruitment process which will include a full enhanced DBS Certificate.
