What You'll Do:


  • Be an inclusive, respectful and trustworthy business partner for your clients.
  • Manage existing relationships with leading retail eCommerce players in the UK, with the aim of building/growing strong partnerships.
  • Lead and develop the strategy and execution for leading retailers to ensure the longterm success and revenue growth.
  • Ensure client retention / satisfaction and grow inventory and yield
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as technical, marketing, product or legal
  • Moderate all business discussions with the client with the support of technical, demand or legal teams, around contract, product integration and sales
  • Run thoughtful, consultative, data driven Business & Strategy review meetings
  • Aim to overachieve quarterly business targets
  • Play an ongoing role as an evangelist for Retail Media

Who You Are:


  • You've got proven experience in senior client facing role(s) within digital marketing, online advertising or ecommerce field
  • Significant experience in digital media / AdTech, ideally highly familiar with online performance business and/or eCommerce and/or AdTech provider (DSP, SSP, DMP)
  • You have experience working with retailers and/or complex + ambitious clients who expect a deep partnership that generates measurable results.
  • Passionate about becoming the trusted advisor of key accounts, listening to client's needs and creating and selling tailored offers aligned with internal priorities
  • Combination of strong negotiation and influencing skills with an ability to persuade at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Sense for business opportunities when it comes to upselling or opening new opportunities
  • Selfmotivated team player with ability to take the initiative and uncover new revenue opportunities
  • Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment
  • Natural ability to translate business opportunities into convincing commercial models
