Credit Controller - Lincoln, United Kingdom - Cool Milk

Description

This role can be performed remotely, however, we will require for training/onboarding process to be done in person (this can be 2-4 weeks depending on experience and learning style) and attendance to the Head Office in line with our business needs.

Between 20 to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday or Monday to Friday. Flexibility on start and finish

Main duties:

• Make outbound credit control calls to schools and nurseries to ensure cash is collected within department timescales
• Ensure cancelled setting accounts are cleared effectively
• Production of reports, work instructions, and process maps as required
• Update all systems/spreadsheets with accurate information
• Liaise with other departments in Cool Milk
• Ad hoc reporting as required

Skills and experience:

• Credit Control experience or transferable skillset (minimum 3 years)
• Excellent customer service skills (minimum 2 years customer interaction experience)
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure and to deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint)
