The Role
In your role as a photographer and negotiator, you will obviously be working in a hybrid role. You will take photographs and produce videos for new sales and lettings properties ready to hit the market. In your role as photographer you will be given an element of creative free reign to create impressive marketing.

You will also fill in with the negotiating role in your other time at the company, you will get trained to bring on new business, source new properties and see them go through to the final stage of completion.

You will deal with all aspects of estate agency from booking viewings & valuations, through to regular vendor feedback and sales progression.

Requirements:

• Estate agency experience is not necessary
• Evidence of competency to create high quality property photography, specifically internal architectural photos
• Ability to create quality videos would be an advantage
• Your own car and a full & clean licence
• Good knowledge of the local area
