We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of
Internal Recruitment Manager for our Client based in the
Leicester area.


Contract:
Full-Time, permanent role.


Hours:37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm


Pay:
£35,000 - £40,000 depending on recruitment experience.

The role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a care provider in Leicester who are looking to add an experience Recruitment Manager to the already established internal team.


You'll be managing 3 Recruitment Consultants and 4 Recruitment Administrators, so you'll be excellent at communication, leading a team, hitting targets, analysing data and helping us grow our team in hiring amazing care staff.

Volume recruitment is an essential experience to be successful in this role. If you're amazing with people and get on in a team, this is definately the role for you

  • You are a proactive person who can think on your feet.
  • Previous Recruitment Manager experience.
  • Previous volume recruitment experience.
  • Previous healthcare recruitment experiencce (ideal).
  • You have a proven track record of building good relationships managers, office staff and everyone in the team.
  • Previously managed a team of recruiters.
  • You are enthusiastic and are keen to learn and develop your skills.
  • You have a great attitude and work ethic.
  • You can work independently and work really well in our team.
  • You're able to build relationships with carers and sell our company to them.
