We are currently seeking a dynamic experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Digital/Tech recruitment team.

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in placing Tech professionals, managing corporate clients, winning new business to add to your already warm desk and driving end-to-end recruitment processes as a 360 consultant.


This is a 360 role, and the successful applicant will have the proven track record in winning and retaining new business.


Responsibilities & day to day duties
As an experience recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and expand the desk through proactive new business sales.
  • For filling permanent client positions on a warm desk.
  • Seek out new business opportunities and fostering growth.
  • Craft tailored advertisements to attract top talent.

Skills & experience required.
As a experience recruitment consultant we are looking for the following experience

  • Previous experience in recruitment, within the Digital/Tech sector.
  • Proven track record of managing clients and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Passion for technology and innovation.
