Sales Ledger Clerk to join our expanding Finance team.

The Role:

Assisting the Income Supervisor in all aspects of income control and management
Ensuring income is recorded correctly
Setting up new Direct Debits
Actioning collection of Direct Debits
Issuing invoices and statements as
Completing bank reconciliations
Processing bank postings
Assisting in trial balance review
Reconciling income accounts
Taking responsibility for the billing inbox
Assisting the Income Supervisor with resident queries
Assistance with resident utility billing
Other adhoc duties to assist Income Supervisor

Key Requirements

Proven experience working as a Sales Ledger Clerk, Accounts Receivable Clerk or within a finance team
Previous experience working for a multisite business with a Group reporting structure, would be ideal
Great systems experience and a confident user of MS Excel
Studying towards AAT would be beneficial, but not essential
