Do you have combined experience of technical network operations and service management? If the answer is yes, we would love to hear from you We are currently seeking a hands on, Networks Service Owner to be a part of our innovative Enterprise Technology team.

WTW is focused on a simplified, cloud centric network architecture connecting high performance Wi-Fi-first office environments to facilitate seamless colleague collaboration

The purpose of the role is to own, mature and develop the global Network service.

Working within an ITIL based Network Management framework, this role will focus on Operational governance (IM, PM), Change governance, Continual Service Improvement, support to Audit & Compliance, Capacity Management, Lifecycle Management, Vulnerability Management, Risk Management., finance Management and CMDB.

This is a Hybrid role based out in London or Ipswich office.


The Role

  • Accountable for the performance of the global Network service
  • Provide operational governance for incident, problem and change management
  • Risk management focused on Lifecycle management, vulnerability management and broader service risks (including audit and compliance)
  • Attend supplier service meetings and liaise with Service Management and other business stakeholders
  • Drive continual service improvement (CSI)
  • Support finance management and budget of global Network services
  • Project support, providing technical and service input
  • Partner and collaborate with strategic vendors and internal technology teams to deliver services and support that meet or exceed agreed milestones

The Requirement

  • Technical experience in the following technologies: LAN, WAN, WIFI, data centre networks, Azure, SASE. Relevant industry certifications would be a benefit
  • Proven experience of working in large scale, complex outsourced Enterprise network environments and/or for managed service providers
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud technology
  • Experience of working within the ITIL service framework
  • Up to date knowledge of industry standards, new technologies and key market trends
