An award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Durham, are now looking for a diligent Clerk of Works to support them with their projects.

The Company

The successful clerk of works will join a consultancy that offers services across Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and more.

The Clerk of works will be required to work predominantly within the residential sector.

The Role

This role will be most suitable for someone with prior experience within the residential new build sector, ideally with 5+ years' experience.

CIOB
MICWCI preferred
New build residential experience
Commercial and resi builds
Quality Assurance
Snagging experience
Tradesman or Surveyor background, both welcomed

In Return

Salary:
£38,000 - £45,000
