Rookie Rockstars is a mental health charity for young people, and we have an exciting opportunity for a creative, enthusiastic individual to join our team.

This position is for 3 days per week in our Cumbernauld branch. Previous experience essential for this role in a keyholder capacity. Hours are 8.45am to 4.45pm.

There will be opportunities for additional days


Full flexibility required for this position as you will be required to cover colleagues holidays and sickness days at short notice.


Key to the role is that:

  • knowledge of high street shops, commercial business, and fashion trends
- you enjoy working with volunteers
- excellent communication skills
- enthusiastic team player


Key accountabilities:
- achieving sales targets
- operational excellence
- training and mentoring
- visual merchandising
- management of volunteers.
