Description

We are looking for highly motivated and passionate graduate Sports Therapists to join our Advanced back care specialist team, located in Victoria, London.

At ProBack Clinics our mission is to use our many years of experience diagnosing and treating, and blend that with the latest state-of-the-art technology imported from around the world to offer the most advanced approach to spinal care available in the UK.

We offer a training program on our technology-based treatments and methods, which will help you get outstanding results for patients.

As a sports Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a quality assessment, diagnosis, evaluation, treatment and advice to private patients.

Your role will include to

Undertake a comprehensive assessment and formulate a diagnosis of patients who may have complex conditions including multi pathology.
Use well developed clinical reasoning of the patient's needs and provide clinic treatment.
To work as an autonomous practitioner taking responsibility for the management of patients on own caseload without direct supervision.
Maintain patient documentation, records and accurate statistical information to reflect care provided and to meet professional standards and clinic policies.
To perform a highquality reception service, including undertaking telephone calls as appropriate
Answering the phone effectively

Essential Skills

BSc or Equivalent in Sports Therapy
Insurance to cover the practice of Sports Therapy
Current Personal therapist insurance
To be able to connect and communicate in English

Desirable

Previously worked in the private healthcare sector
Relevant post graduate experience
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and be adaptable

Hours_
per week. Shift hours are varied between the hours of 7:30 am to 8:30 PM on an alternate basis

Monday to Saturday

Proback Clinic Victoria (1st Floor, Flat 4, Evelyn Mansions, Carlisle Place, SW1P 1NH). The clinic is only steps away from Victoria Station (Cardinal Place exit).

Salary
- £11/£12 hour, plus bonus on Clinic performance. Reviews every 6 months

Pension scheme available.
