Description

The Business Strategy and Service Delivery is a directorate within Provide and comprises of the following teams, Marketing and Communications, Business Strategy, Programme Management and Supported Living.


The Business Assistant role will support work streams and projects in each area to gain knowledge and insight into the running of a social enterprise providing health and social care services.


Business Strategy, Marketing and Programme Management:

Assist the team in securing new business and income opportunities by scanning for bid opportunities and working in bid teams.

To undertake market analysis and assessments to better understand the community health service market, business opportunities and stakeholders.


Gain an independent understanding on national and local NHS policy and provide input to the interpretation of such policy that relates to Provide and affects its future success.

Assist in the development of the strategic and annual business plan.

Assist in the development of the Provide marketing materials.

Support the management of website content and social media platforms.

Assistance in the development of an effective relationship management strategy with key stakeholders, patients and public, referrers and commissioners.


Communications:

Support the management of the internal website.

Assist in the development of the Provide communication materials.


Contracts:

Support the Contracts Team to write new and modify existing contracts.

Liaising with stakeholders.

Taking part in contract meetings.


Business Intelligence & Performance:

Demographic analysis to aid service development and redesign.
