An exceptional opportunity for a well-spoken, well presented and diligent Senior Property Manager to join a lovely independent agent within their office in Birmingham City Centre and lead this team.


My clients have a fantastic local reputation and are looking for a Senior Property Manger who wants to be part of a growing business, leading the property management team.


Senior Property Manager - Benefits

  • Lovely working environment and team.

Senior Property Manager - Duties

  • Managment of the property management team and department
  • Overseeing the entire portfolio and ensuring compliance and retention
  • Dealing with maintenance.
  • Doing mid term inspections.
  • Organising contractors.
  • Dealing with maintenance.
  • Ensuring compliance.
  • Dealing with deposit disputes.
  • Organising works when required.
  • Organising tenancy paperwork.
  • Getting involved in serving section notices.
  • General Property Manager duties.

Senior Property Manager - Experience Needed:

  • Previous lettings/ property management experience is essential
  • Ideally with at least 4 years property managment experience
  • Ideally ARLA qualified
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using CRM systems and property management software
