The Customer Service Coordinator will play a key role were you will provide an important link between the team and customers, as well as internal departments, to ensure the company delivers an excellent customer experience and achieves objectives.

Description

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator will include but not limited to:

  • Work collaboratively across the business and with the Logistics team to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that company standards for Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service are maintained in all customer interactions
  • Complete day to day administrative tasks

Profile

  • Ideally experience as a Customer Service Coordinator
  • Ideally from a Logistics and Technology background
  • Effective in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills

Job Offer

What the client is offering:


  • Salary on offer is £26k£28k
  • 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
  • Flexible Environment
