Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Charge Nurse (Registered Mental Health Nurse/Registered Learning Disability Nurse) to fill a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) basedin Arnold.

The salary for this Charge Nurse job is £38,475 - £41,648 per annum + £5000 welcome bonus.


Duties:


  • Lead by example and be a role model for the Nursing Team

Requirements of the Charge Nurse:


  • Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD)or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an ACTIVE, NMC PIN Registration
  • Previous mental health nursing experience
  • An individual who is able to support junior staff in their professional development, through excellent and effective clinical leadership, mentoring, teaching and sharing of knowledge and practice
  • Motivated, flexible and ready to take on a new challenge
  • Would like to work as part of an established hospital, with a collaborative and supportive MDT, that provide a clear pathway for the patients in our care
  • Focused on patient centred care
  • Have a commitment to developing and delivering high quality care
  • Possess, or be ready to develop effective decision making skills
  • Be double vaccinated against Covid19 and to provide evidence of this before you are able to commence employment with us, or provide a valid medical exemption
  • Willing to undertake a DBS check
