Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Charge Nurse (Registered Mental Health Nurse/Registered Learning Disability Nurse) to fill a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) basedin Arnold.

The salary for this Charge Nurse job is £38,475 - £41,648 per annum + £5000 welcome bonus.

Duties:

Lead by example and be a role model for the Nursing Team

Requirements of the Charge Nurse:

Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD)or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an ACTIVE, NMC PIN Registration
Previous mental health nursing experience
An individual who is able to support junior staff in their professional development, through excellent and effective clinical leadership, mentoring, teaching and sharing of knowledge and practice
Motivated, flexible and ready to take on a new challenge
Would like to work as part of an established hospital, with a collaborative and supportive MDT, that provide a clear pathway for the patients in our care
Focused on patient centred care
Have a commitment to developing and delivering high quality care
Possess, or be ready to develop effective decision making skills
Be double vaccinated against Covid19 and to provide evidence of this before you are able to commence employment with us, or provide a valid medical exemption
Willing to undertake a DBS check
