Job Title: Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at {company}. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food manufacturing facility.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and maintenance, with experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading food manufacturer in Wellingborough, with a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum. The shift pattern is 1 week days and 1 week nights (rotating) - no weekends, providing a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement repairs
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
