Job objectives and responsibilities


To deliver an exceptional customer experience for all internal and external customers visiting the corporate facilities ensuring that all activity delivered is of the highest standard.


Main duties

  • Be a key driver in delivering a customer excellence culture
  • To act as the central point of contact onsite for all service lines, contractors, clients and guests
  • Work as part of a team to support the daytoday operatio of the building.
  • Build on relationships with the East Midlands Airport management/security teams.
  • Develop effective relationships with the key stake holders, client and external customers
  • Support Emergency Procedures as necessary and support the coordination of fire evacuations/liaison with the fire brigade/emergency services if required.
  • Flexibility in working hours is essential for covering annual leave and sickness were necessary.
  • Provide a VIP hosting and Concierge Service, including "Meet and Greet" and Reception duties
  • To be responsible for managing access / egress of all personnel entering / leaving the facility.
  • Work to a and fully understand a standard set of operating procedures processes that are implemented across the Corporate facilities. Assit with requlary updating and reviewing.
  • Manage conference room diaries and bookings and Coordinate Conference Room configurations
  • Manage all logistics in support of customer visits and ensure seamless transition including the checking of visitor security clearances prior to entry and carry out site induction.
  • Coordinating deliveries to site and coordination of incoming/outgoing mail
  • Ensure all AV/IT requirements are managed, ensuring all equipment is in good working order daily.
  • Manage/ordering of the site stationery supplies
  • Coordinate Guest Wi-FI
  • Provide support with coordinating events on site and liasing with Catering/hospitality teams.
  • Raise building maintenance and compliance faults around the building to the Mitie Helpdesk and monitor until resolved.
  • Participate in ISO audits if/when required.
  • Monitor and record visitor usage of centre
  • Management of car parking facilities.
  • Complete daily walkaround and safety checks of the building and carry out basic administration tasks to support the business.
  • To ensure all customer requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

  • A clear understanding of Health & Safety practices, IOSH MANAGING SAFELY OR NEBOSH
  • PREFERABLE
  • Applicant to undergo security vetting procedure
  • Passionate about exceptional customer service.
  • Experienced in Front of House/ Facilities ideally gained within a corporate or 5 Star hotel.
  • Confidently able to manage emergncy situations and make decisions as required.
  • Strong team player with a commitment to support their colleagues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • An understanding of Audio Visual and IT systems and the ability to explain this accurately to customers
