Description

The position involves:
Order Processing through to Delivery and invoicing.

Payment management outgoings and ingoings

Managing Customer and Supplier details

Co-ordinating end of month requirements for the book keeper

Managing Daybooks.

Updating Price Lists

Assisting/recording with Research & Development Expenditure

Dealing with general enquiries from Customers, Suppliers and prospects.

Update reported STOCK levels on Excel spreadsheets

Produce Manufacturing Blending Documents.

Producing Reports from SAGE as and when requested

Employee working log

Assist annually with preparing paperwork for the Accountants to enable them to prepare the Company Accounts

Producing and management of quotations on MS Word/SAGE

Producing Excel reports as required

Assist with QA Work

Assist with Producing product Data Shhets sheets

Product Label production

Managing Holiday Log

General administration tasks in relation to the Job

  • Microsoft Office
  • SAGE (preferable)
  • Customer Support

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
£12.42-£14.42 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • SAGE 50: 1 year (preferred)
Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Manchester

Expected start date: 19/09/2023
